How long does shipping take? Every piece is made specifically for you when you order. Allow 2-5 business days for production plus 7-14 business days shipping for North America and 10-21 business days for international orders.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted? Contact us immediately at support@miraclecrafted with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because every piece is made on demand we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing, size charts are available on every product page.
How do I choose my size? Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than ordering your usual size as fit varies by product.
What is print on demand? Print on demand means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and colorways without holding inventory. Every piece is made fresh for you.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is $10.99 flat rate with delivery in 10-21 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1-2 hours of purchase before production begins. Contact us immediately at support@miraclecrafted if you need to make a change.
Where is Miracle Crafted based? Miracle Crafted is a US-based brand. All orders are fulfilled through our production partner and shipped directly to you.
Will you be restocking sold out items? Most designs are available on demand and do not sell out. Limited collections like The Marked Matching Set have specific availability windows, check the product page for details.
